The International Energy Fair and the International Fair of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources EcoFair, a fair tandem that has been representing the pinnacle of representativeness in these areas for more than a decade and a half, will open its gates for visitors this year from October 4 to 6, in Hall 1 of the Belgrade Fair. These highly complementary fair events, each in their own way, contribute not only to a more comfortable and healthy life, but also to a possible life in general. This year they will be joined by the 1st International Communal Technology Fair – CTF.
The events are held in conditions of extremely complicated, turbulent and unpredictable energy situations on a global scale. In almost all sectors – production and distribution of gas, oil, coal, electricity, global disturbances are also reflected at the regional level. All this necessarily and in practice opens new ecological fronts.
This year’s 17th Energy Fair is a respectable fair event with a UFI license, the largest annual regional gathering of companies, institutions and professionals in the sectors of electricity, coal, oil and gas, renewable energy sources, energy efficiency and mining.
The backbone of this regional leader in connecting all segments and factors of the energy sector is production and exploitation, beneficiation, distribution, transport, storage or direct use of both existing and potential natural resources and energy sources, but also scientific and research work, smart technologies, energy saving, energy efficiency, educational support and all other areas that are part of the energy foundation and the driver of the entire economic and public life of the country and region.
This manifestation particularly emphasizes renewable energy sources, improvement of energy efficiency, investments in energy. In the international energy context, the business and market character of the fair was emphasized. It is an opportunity to introduce and connect investors, equipment manufacturers, departmental administration, financial institutions, local self-government and all other relevant and even the most important factors.
The 18th Ecofair ecology fair brings together various factors from the environmental protection system – institutions, equipment manufacturers, distributors, recyclers, operators, landfills, local governments, utility companies, waste generators, the professional public. It is dedicated to systems and mechanisms of environmental protection with special emphasis on “circular” and “green” economy”, recycling industry, waste management, communal technologies, nature protection and protection of natural resources from pollution.
The emphasis of this manifestation is on the financing and management of projects in the sector of environmental protection, investment projects and waste management, purification and management of waste water, industrial safety and domestic legislation related to this issue. The essence of the complete agenda of this fair manifestation is the ultimate demand and promotion of environmentally friendly behavior as a way of life.
Along with these two manifestations, in the same place, in Hall 1, and at the same time, from October 4 to 6, visitors will also have the first edition of the International Communal Technologies Fair – CTF (Communal Technologies Fair), a unique event of this type in Southeast Europe. The fair has a business-educational character, and its goal is to connect key players in utility activities, producers, buyers, engineering staff.
The working hours of the energy and ecology fairs are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
An individual ticket costs 400 dinars, a group ticket costs 250 dinars, and parking in the fair grounds costs 150 dinars per hour.
